Who we are

ForViva is a social purpose organisation which means business! We're dedicated to our vision of "improved lives" and this applies right across communities, customers and staff.

Established in June 2015, ForViva has brought together City West Housing Trust, Villages Housing Association, ForLiving and property services firm Liberty under a group structure. The group owns and manages 24,000 homes across the North West.

Our profit making group members make viable profit that we reinvest through the Community Impact Strategy - enabling communities to build vibrant, safe and sustainable neighbourhoods.

Creating resourceful and empowered communities and enabling people to reach their potential is at the heart of everything we do. But we know that together we achieve more, so we work with a range of like-minded partners to deliver excellent services that people can trust. Partners who work with us enjoy taking on challenges together, operating in dynamic environments to deliver outcomes collaboratively.

ForViva has big plans but we don’t focus simply on what we do – how we do it is equally important. Our priorities are underpinned by clear values, embedded in how we approach what we do every single day.
