She is passionate about ending homelessness and leads the Group's strategic approach in this area.
An inspirational and charismatic leader, Colette has a wealth of experience setting up award-winning teams and strategic partnerships in the police, housing and private sector.
Group Chief Operating Officer
Mike is focused on delivering the Group’s strategy for the benefit of tenants and customers, ensuring an agile corporate service that supports front line delivery. He also oversees the organisation’s commercial activity.
Mike joined ForHousing in August 2014 from North Wales Police where he worked as Director of Finance and Resource since 2007. He has worked in various roles in both the public and private sector including civil engineering, contracting, further education and newspapers.
Mike’s significant experience is crucial in enabling the organisation to create the economic value that continually improves the wellbeing of communities.
ForHousing Managing Director
Henry is passionate about reducing health inequalities and improving the economic and social sustainability of communities.
In his role as Managing Director he is responsible for all aspects of tenant services, neighbourhood services, maximising income and also ensuring that services delivered on behalf of ForHousing operate effectively.
Henry is a highly regarded, innovative and experienced senior executive with a proven track record of delivering large scale corporate change. He has a wide ranging knowledge of the housing and construction sectors, having been the Commercial Director of construction company ForWorks before becoming Director of Operations at ForHousing in Ellesmere Port in 2017. More recently, Henry held the role of Group Director of Communities at ForViva.
Liberty Group Managing Director
Ray is a customer focused and operationally driven business leader with a wealth of experience in the outsourcing market. He has a track record of delivering business strategies that improve safety, service, profitability and employee and stakeholder satisfaction. He believes that striving for excellence will ensure we delight existing and attract new clients.
Ray has enjoyed a varied career across transport, utilities, health, property and engineering sectors for over 15 years. He is confident that the pace of change and volatility in the contracting and construction market is set to continue. Ray is excited by the opportunity to shape new services and support clients in current and emerging markets, enhancing both top and bottom line performance to further support investment in ForViva projects and schemes that make a real difference to communities.
He is passionate about developing Liberty’s people. Ray’s ambition for Liberty is routed in success for all enabling everyone at all levels to deliver the group’s commitment to the highest levels of quality and customer service.
Group Director of Homes
Nigel has over 25 years’ experience working in social housing regeneration and has managed teams delivering a range of asset management services including repairs and maintenance, compliance, specialist services and major improvement programmes.
A Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Nigel has also worked both for contractors and in private practice. He has led on a number of major procurement exercises, the delivery of large investment programmes, asset management strategy and all compliance functions. He is also responsible for delivering the organisation’s Development programme of over 2,000 new homes across the North West plus its commercial housing activities.
He also sits on the Board of another local Housing Association and is committed to providing quality homes, meeting housing need and improving the lives of tenants.
Group Director of Innovation and Excellence
Jenny is passionate about working in partnership to bring about positive change that improves quality of life for individuals and communities. She has 28 years’ experience of working within the fields of Social Care, Health, Community Services, Education, Supported Housing and Regeneration.
Her experience spans statutory, voluntary and the independent sector, managing, driving and delivering high quality, person-centred services that meet and exceed regulatory requirements and strategic business objectives.
Jenny joined the organisation in January 2017 as part of the executive management team focusing attention on aligning strategies, measures, information and communication to achieve business outcomes.
Group Director of Finance
Simon joined ForViva in April 2017 and has over 27 years’ finance experience across a range of sectors including manufacturing, utilities, telecoms, leisure, facilities management, renewable energy and property services.
Simon has worked at board level for the past 12 years, with seven of these in the role of Finance Director at a national property services group. This involved growing the business to become the largest private business of its type in the UK, before managing its eventual sale to a FTSE100 company.
Simon has a wide range of experience with small and large, privately owned and listed businesses. These include management reporting, company acquisitions and disposals, managing rapid growth, setting up new ventures, system implementations and raising finance.
Group Director of People
Debbie is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of the people function and advancing the people agenda, policies and services. As a passionate advocate for equality and fairness, Debbie enjoys using her coaching skills to develop, motivate and positively influence others to facilitate change. The People function is made up of a range of teams and professionals, who together support the organisation to deliver brilliant services for tenants and customers.
A qualified professional with 25+ years' experience in organisational development, Debbie spent 13 years with the Civil Service and 11 years with North Wales Police where she was Head of People Services.
Debbie is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and is a member of ClwydAlyn’s People Committee.
Group Director of ICT
With over 20 years' experience within the housing sector, Mark is passionate about helping others and making a difference.
Following roles in the NHS and for the Queensland Government in Australia, Mark joined the organisation in 2009 where he had held several senior roles before becoming Group Director of ICT in 2018.
With extensive experience of managing a fast-paced and changing ICT landscape, Mark has a proven ability to drive organisational change through ICT.
Mark is responsible for managing significant budgets and leading large-scale projects, including infrastructure upgrades, data centre migrations and major mobilisation projects.
Group Executive Director
With over 18 years’ management experience, including 11 years as a board director, Jenny believes in creating a positive and highly motivating culture.
With responsibility for strategy, governance and health and safety, Jenny adopts a collaborative leadership approach establishing clear goals and strong performance management. She encourages, develops and recognises people in order to drive results and continuous improvement.
With extensive commercial experience working across professional services and contracting organisations, Jenny has led significant growth and diversifications programmes.
She brings enthusiasm and passion to people and projects to make things happen.
