Tim Doyle

Group Chief Executive

Tim Doyle is a driving force in the sector, passionate about making a difference to his customers and colleagues through delivering high performance in all areas of operation.

Tim is committed to ensuring ForViva has a balance between its social and commercial aspirations.

Tim was appointed Chief Executive of City West Housing Trust in 2008 and since then has taken the organisation on a transformational journey. His inspirational leadership resulted in City West climbing 70 places, to 16th, in the “Sunday Times Top 100 best not-for-profit companies to work for”.

Tim previously worked at Bradford Community Housing where he worked from 2003 to 2008, first as Executive Director and then as Assistant Chief Executive of Operations. He has worked for a number of housing organisations including Liverpool City Council, New Zealand Housing Corporation and three stock transfer RPs. He was also Director of Customer Services for the country’s first ever inner-city stock transfer organisation.

Colette McKune

Colette McKune

Group Deputy Chief Executive

Colette is passionate about empowering people in communities and working in partnership to improve lives.

She has a wealth of experience, setting up award-winning teams and strategic partnerships in the police, private and housing sectors and was Managing Director of the first procurement consortium, Fusion21.

She joined City West Housing Trust in 2008 as Director of Asset Management and became the organisation’s Deputy Chief Executive. Colette is now the Group Deputy Chief Executive of ForViva, responsible for the delivery of a number of key strategies.

In 2015, Colette was awarded an MBE for services to the community.

Mike Parkin

Mike Parkin

Group Director of Resources

Mike is focussed on delivering ForViva’s business plan and driving efficiencies to deliver more for less. He is responsible for developing excellent services for customers across the Group by providing cutting edge ICT, as well as giving staff the best tools to perform their roles effectively and efficiently.

Mike joined City West Housing Trust in August 2014 from North Wales Police where he worked as Director of Finance and Resource since 2007. He has worked in various roles in both the public and private sector including Wirral Metropolitan College and North Wales Newspapers. He currently sits on the board of Wirral based housing association, Magenta Living.

Mike’s significant experience is crucial in helping to develop ForViva’s ambitious growth plans.

Matt Jones

Matt Jones

Managing Director of City West Housing Trust and Villages Housing Association

With a career in housing spanning over 20 years, Matt is responsible for our social housing portfolio across ForViva’s areas of operation. He has held a number of senior roles within both City West and ForViva before becoming the Managing Director for both City West and Villages in April 2017. He is responsible for all aspects of customer services, neighbourhood services, maximising income and also ensuring that services delivered on behalf of the registered providers operate effectively.

Nigel Sedman

Nigel Sedman

Group Director of Homes

Nigel has over 20 years’ experience working in social housing regeneration and has managed teams delivering a range of asset management services including responsive maintenance, gas servicing, compliance, specialist services, improvements and void work.

A Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Nigel has also worked both for contractors and in private practice. At ForViva, he has led on a number of major procurement exercises, the delivery of large investment programmes, asset management strategy, all compliance functions and is responsible for delivering ForViva’s £180m Development programme of over 1,200 new properties across the North West. He also sits on the Board of another local Housing Association and is committed to providing quality homes, meeting housing need and improving the lives of customers.

Jenny Chapman

Jenny Chapman

Group Director of Innovation and Excellence

Jenny is passionate about working in partnership to bring about positive change that improves quality of life for individuals and communities. She has 28 years’ experience of working within the fields of Social Care, Health, Community Services, Education, Supported Housing and Regeneration.

Her experience spans statutory, voluntary and the independent sector, managing, driving and delivering high quality, person-centred services that meet and exceed regulatory requirements and strategic business objectives.

Jenny joined ForViva in January 2017 and brings her experience of quality and service improvement to support ForViva in demonstrating the changes made to health and wellbeing.

Simon Hindley

Simon Hindley

Group Director of Finance

Simon joined ForViva in April 2017 and has over 27 years’ finance experience across a range of sectors including manufacturing, utilities, telecoms, leisure, facilities management, renewable energy and property services.

Simon has worked at board level for the past 12 years, with seven of these in the role of Finance Director at a national property services group. This involved growing the business to become the largest private business of its type in the UK, before managing its eventual sale to a FTSE100 company.

Simon has a wide range of experience with small and large, privately owned and listed businesses. These include management reporting, company acquisitions and disposals, managing rapid growth, setting up new ventures, system implementations and raising finance.

Debbie Attwood

Debbie Attwood

Group Director of People

Debbie joined ForViva in June 2015 and is responsible for advancing the organisation's people agenda. She has a passion for new challenges and enjoys using her coaching skills to develop, motivate and positively influence others to facilitate change.

A qualified professional with 26 years' experience in organisational development, Debbie spent 13 years with the Civil Service and 11 years with North Wales Police where she was Head of People Services.

Debbie is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.

Henry Terefenko

Henry Terefenko

Group Director of Communities

Henry Terefenko is passionate about reducing health inequalities and improving the economic and social sustainability of communities.

He is a highly regarded, innovative and experienced senior executive with a proven track record of delivering large scale corporate change. Henry has a wide ranging knowledge of the housing and construction sectors, having been the Commercial Director of construction company ForWorks before becoming Director of Operations at ForHousing in Ellesmere Port in 2017.

In his role as Group Director of Communities, Henry is responsible for a number of key service areas including Health and Wellbeing, Homelessness Support Services, Employment and Enterprise and the housing management contract in Ellesmere Port.

Mark Sullivan

Mark Sullivan

Group Director of ICT

With over 20 years’ experience within the housing sector, Mark is passionate about helping others and making a difference.

Following roles in the NHS and for the Queensland Government in Australia, Mark joined City West Housing Trust in 2009 where he had held a number of senior roles before becoming Group Director of ICT in 2018.

With extensive experience of managing a fast-paced changing ICT landscape, Mark has a proven ability in managing organisational change through ICT.

As Group Director of ICT at ForViva, he is responsible for managing a multi-million pound ICT budget and leading the delivery of large-scale projects including infrastructure upgrades, data centre migrations and major mobilisation projects.

In his spare time Mark enjoys travelling and learning about different cultures.
