Commitment to major investment programmes ensured that decency standards set by the government were met ahead of schedule with the highest energy efficiency standards.

In 2012, ForViva achieved Investor Partner Status with the Homes and Communities Agency and to date has secured more than £17 million in grant funding to deliver much-needed new homes across a range of tenures including affordable rent, shared ownership and extra care. Working with partners, ForViva is delivering a £180 million development programme of over 1,200 new properties across the North West.

In 2016, ForViva launched ForLiving, bringing forward 50 homes for shared ownership at sites including the former Salford Reds rugby ground, as well as homes for private rent and outright sale.

ForViva is also experienced in building and operating high quality extra care housing, enabling people to live independently for as long as possible, whilst also reducing hospital admissions.
