We’re an ambitious organisation and we always want to do more. Focusing on growth not only increases our viability as a business but also enables us to reinvest in communities and create more opportunities to make things happen.
Whether it’s growing our existing business areas, collaborating with other housing associations or forming strategic partnerships with organisations in different sectors, we want to work together with those who share our vision.
Since our launch in June 2015, we haven’t looked back. Our extensive £140 million development programme will deliver over 1,500 much-needed homes for affordable rent, extra care and shared ownership under the ForLiving brand. We’re also expanding into new geographical areas including investing in new homes in Fylde, Lancashire, while our construction arm ForWorks has completed its first new build developments in Salford and continues to secure national contracts to deliver services to both private and public sector clients.
As well as building homes ourselves, we work closely with a range of like-minded partners to provide consultancy in our areas of expertise, including development, health and safety and environmental services.
ForHousing contract expands reach of ForViva group
In July 2017 ForViva was awarded a 10-year contract to manage 5,500 homes in Ellesmere Port and Neston by Cheshire West and Chester Council. Read more >>
