Liberty Gas Group is a specialist heating services provider to public, domestic and commercial clients across the UK. Established in 1969, it offers professional gas installation, maintenance and servicing, as well as energy solutions, electrical installations and property building and maintenance services.

An opportunity has arisen for a full time Works Coordinator to join us in Knowsley to ensure that all legal documentation in regards to our services is compliant. The role will also include producing and analysing reports, managing customer and client relationships, handling telephone and email queries from within the organisation and also utilising our bespoke job management software.

Validating each certificate/documentation to ensure the required regulatory information is accurate to ensure compliance for our clients and customers is a vital part of the role. Updating systems in real time and providing an efficient and flexible response to operational issues is also key.

Hours of work: 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

With a good level of education and previous experience/ability to manage own workload, candidates must be capable of operating a computerised data base system and demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to manage change.
